1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tech for Software's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Tech for Software provides software development services including web development, mobile application development, desktop software development, and related consulting services. The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
• Respond to communications and requests in a timely manner
• Pay for services as agreed in the service agreement
• Obtain necessary permissions for any content or materials provided
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code developed specifically for their project. Tech for Software retains the right to use general techniques, tools, and reusable components in future projects. Pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, projects require an initial deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due at specified milestones or upon completion. Late payments may result in project suspension.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tech for Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranty

Tech for Software warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We provide a warranty period (as specified in individual agreements) during which we will fix bugs at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover issues arising from client modifications or third-party integrations.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Tech for Software will provide all deliverables completed to that point.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
